I am pleased to announce that the Township of Dover has issued our Development Permit for Mausoleum Buildings 12A & B in Toms River, New Jersey. We immediately filed for our Building Permit and believe we should receive same within two weeks. We are optimistic to start construction this month having finally obtained all local approvals required.
We continue to comply with all requirements of Waretown, New Jersey for our mausoleum project. Certain local changes concerning sewer systems have required that we resubmit our plans to local, county and state sewer authorities. Our engineering firm continues to work diligently in an effort to secure these details so that construction can commence.
The overall grounds continue to be improved both in Toms River and Waretown. This summer season has had adequate rainfall to supplement our irrigation system. Several new projects are underway to enhance the overall beauty of our cemeteries.
