Word from the Executive Director: OCMP Update for July 15, 2008

July 15, 2008

Our Waretown mausoleum project is now fully completed and we have applied for our final certificate of occupancy for this project. The local interest in this facility continues to grow.

A reception for religious leaders in the area will take place next week. Our sales force continues to be committed to our seven day a week program for operating this building. Our grounds maintenance staff is at the property weekly to ensure the proper care of these grounds. Our family memorial tribute presentation has now been completed and families are offered the opportunity to create a lasting tribute to their families that will be available to loved ones whenever they come to this facility.

We have been scheduled for a township meeting in Toms River to present our next mausoleum project within the next two weeks. We are anxious to start this program and our pre-sales have remained strong for this new facility. This new project will have a group niche room offering glass front bronze niches and a comfortable sitting environment. We are planning a special window feature to complete this chapel facility. We are optimistic of receiving approval for this project and commencing this during this calendar year.

Major modifications to our irrigation system have commenced in Toms River. At the completion of this project our ability to irrigate the majority of our facility will be in place. As always, our entire staff remains committed to serving the needs of Ocean County and all of its residents.
